CEO Steve Maxim uses the unique methods of the Kolbe Index to hone in on employees' natural instincts and problem solving skills to place people in their natural mode of operation. Our unique web-based Field Systems software allows for our contractors to quickly view their work and upload results from anywhere with internet access. The user-friendly software eliminates unnecessary steps and streamlines results to our clients. In addition, our office staff is able to immediately view results, and a system of checks and balances helps eliminate missing information when sending results to the client. The software also offers Maxim contractors the unique advantage of viewing their receivables through the system and easily keeping track of their finances. Our cutting-edge computer network is now a web based system so our office and field teams have instant access to work and information anywhere. We also implement an online score card system for all our contractors to measure on time delivery of work to our clients

Services

We offer field services from evictions, inspections, initial secures to complete construction jobs. All REO and PPO services are performed by our trained field personnel. We offer rush timeframes on all inspection and property preservation work requests. Inspection requests will be completed within 72 hours of the client request. PPO requests are prioritized as requested.
